In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence that reflects the building’s high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking facilities, and access points.
- Manage access control for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring only authorized entry.
- Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce building policies and report irregularities or security concerns professionally.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors, including directions or escort services.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues within the property.
- Support emergency procedures, including evacuations or fire alarms, in coordination with management.

Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver License (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
