Seeking a Superintendent to lead the construction of ultra-high-end custom homes throughout Broward County. This role will oversee both ground-up and large-scale renovation projects, ensuring exceptional quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Description

* Oversee day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
* Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
* Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Maintain strong communication with homeowners, architects, and project teams

Profile

* 7+ years of Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
* Experience building custom homes of 10,000+ square feet required
* Proven background delivering both ground-up and renovation projects
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, craftsmanship, and construction sequencing
* Stable work history with strong tenure and local Broward County market knowledge

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000-$150,000+ + benefits
