Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control activities. Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget targets, and timeline commitments. Strong background in both ground-up construction and high-end remodels. Extensive knowledge of custom residential construction practices and sequencing. Stable career history with strong tenure in previous positions.
