Our client is an award-winning custom builder with more than 35 years of experience delivering highly personalized luxury residences. The firm specializes in full-service construction of exceptional waterfront, estate, and custom homes, with a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and long-standing client relationships.
Job Description
Oversee daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects from start to completion. Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control activities. Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget targets, and timeline commitments. Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and company leadership.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Superintendent on luxury custom homes of 10,000+ SF. Strong background in both ground-up construction and high-end remodels. Extensive knowledge of custom residential construction practices and sequencing. Stable career history with strong tenure in previous positions. Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional quality on complex residential projects.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000+ (flexible for exceptional experience) 100% employer-paid healthcare, 401(k) match, and guaranteed annual bonus 15 PTO days with additional flexibility based on employee needs $200/month non-taxable gas allowance and long-term career stability with a respected luxury builder.
