Role Description

The Journey Planning Specialist helps clients explore possibilities and turn their ideas into well-organized experiences. You will listen to what each traveler values, research suitable options, coordinate journey details, and provide responsive support throughout the process.

Training, planning resources, booking tools, and ongoing guidance are provided. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning about destinations, and bringing many individual details together into one seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their interests and preferences
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Recommend options that complement each client’s vision
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate journey details
• Communicate important information clearly and professionally
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
• Provide thoughtful service before, during, and after each journey
• Maintain current knowledge of destinations and industry resources
