A growing luxury plumbing and design company is looking to add an experienced Plumbing Designer / Sales Representative to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong plumbing background who enjoys combining product knowledge, design, and sales to help customers create high-end spaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of plumbing products and fixtures, along with experience designing and selling luxury plumbing fixtures for residential or high-end projects.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers, builders, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals to understand project needs.
• Design and sell luxury plumbing fixtures and product packages.
• Guide customers through product selection, specifications, finishes, and fixture options.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine appropriate plumbing products.
• Recommend products based on design, functionality, budget, and project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through product selection and order completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and orders.

What We're Looking For

• Plumbing industry experience required.
• Experience with luxury plumbing fixtures and high-end products.
• Strong understanding of plumbing products, fixtures, applications, and installation.
• Previous experience in plumbing sales, showroom sales, plumbing design, kitchen & bath, or a related field.
• Strong design sense and the ability to create cohesive plumbing fixture selections.
• Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and architects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and customers.
• Sales-driven with the ability to build relationships and generate business.
