The primary responsibility of this role is data entry and SKU setup of luxury accessories into our internal databases. This individual will report to the Manager of Luxury Product Operations and coordinate closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, unpack and organize incoming luxury buysConfirm product brand, category, style, color, size, and material of items being receivedEnsure the accuracy of images, quantities, costs, serial numbers, and retail prices being entered into the systemCreate letters of authenticity to accompany the productTicket and internally distribute merchandise to appropriate business channels based on predetermined allocationsBe accountable for individual KPIs set to meet the needs of the businessRequired QualificationsKnowledge of luxury brands, including but not limited to: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Hermès, Fendi, Valentino, Saint Laurent , and similar high-end labelsStrong ability to identify product styles, materials (leather types, textiles, hardware), sizes, and color variationsProven experience or strong aptitude in luxury product research and identificationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
