Luxury Production Partner

Summary

Spinelli Residential Group is looking for a polished, proactive and highly motivated Luxury Production Partner to work closely with a Lead Agent in their high-end Austin real estate business. The Lead Agent's business focuses primarily on $1.5M+ residential real estate, with an emphasis on Westlake and West Austin.

This is more than an administrative role. It is an opportunity to learn the luxury market from the inside out, work directly with clients and industry professionals, and develop the skills, relationships and experience to build a successful career in real estate. We are looking for someone who is highly available, takes ownership, enjoys working with people and is committed to growing.

This is a production-oriented, commission-based career opportunity.

Compensation is commensurate with effort, initiative and results, with the opportunity for earnings to grow as responsibilities, client relationships and personal production grow.

This role provides a path toward greater client responsibility, independent production, leadership and long-term career growth within the real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Manage showings for buyers and sellers, including scheduling, property preparation and access
• Manage showing follow-up, feedback and call-back lists
• Assist the Lead Agent with pricing preparation, comparable research and market research
• Coordinate listing preparation, staging, photography, vendors and property access
• Set up, host and follow up on public and broker open houses
• Prepare listing booklets, buyer materials, signage and other marketing materials
• Attend inspections, appraisals, contractor appointments and other property-related meetings
• Run property-related errands and help solve unexpected client or property needs
• Support weekly lead generation, prospecting and follow-up
• Assist with handwritten notes, pop-bys and other client touches
• Support social media and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records, spreadsheets and Google Drive files
• Manage tasks and records in the CRM and help keep the Lead Agent's business organized

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• Warm, polished and professional with exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and interacting with high-net-worth clientele
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to take ownership and solve problems without constant direction
• Available weekdays and weekends and comfortable spending significant time in the field
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with technology, Google Drive, Google Sheets and CRM systems
• Familiarity with Westlake and West Austin is a significant plus
• Social media and marketing experience is a plus
• Coachable, ambitious and genuinely interested in building a career in real estate
