Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Utilize PLACE lead generation weekly
• Assist buyers, secure agreements, and locate properties
• Negotiate offers for clients
• ️ Maintain accurate records with PLACE Technology
• Host two monthly open houses
• Convert leads into appointments
• Practice scripts weekly
• Join team events
• Attend weekly coaching and training
• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Use expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

• Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
• Skilled at building relationships and identifying client needs
• Experienced in lead generation and prospecting
• Confident in handling objections
• Clear communicator who genuinely cares

• Holds a valid real estate license (required to join)
