Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Utilize PLACE lead generation weekly
Assist buyers, secure agreements, and locate properties
Negotiate offers for clients
️ Maintain accurate records with PLACE Technology
Host two monthly open houses
Convert leads into appointments
Practice scripts weekly
Join team events
Attend weekly coaching and training
Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market properties
Use expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
Skilled at building relationships and identifying client needs
Experienced in lead generation and prospecting
Confident in handling objections
Clear communicator who genuinely cares
Team player
Holds a valid real estate license (required to join)
