Step onto some of West Michigan’s most stunning private estates and help craft koi ponds, custom waterfalls, boulder retaining walls, and premium outdoor features. By the time you clock out each day, you’ll see tangible progress on spaces homeowners love.

A Day in the Life

Your crew hits the jobsite around 6:30am and typically wraps near 5pm. The work is outdoors and physical, combining precision with muscle. Expect a mix of installation and fine finishing on high-end residential properties across the West Michigan area.

What You’ll Build and Do

• Install water features and pond elements, plus landscape lighting to elevate evening curb appeal
• Handle mowing, string trimming (weed whacking), stone work, and site prep
• Operate equipment as needed to move materials and shape terrain

Tools and Equipment You May Use

• Compact loaders and tools such as Bobcat, Dingo, and skid steer

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (required)
• Steel-toed boots (strongly recommended)
• Solid work ethic and a positive attitude — experience helps, but isn’t required

Stand-Out Qualities

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Comfort operating equipment like Bobcat, Dingo, or skid steer
• Stable employment history with one employer

Dress Code

Wear a solid dark shirt with no logos and jeans without holes. Dress for changing weather. Bring your own lunch and plenty of water every day.
