Luxury Residential Specialist

Summary

Working in luxury real estate isn't simply about selling a more expensive home. Clients expect strong market knowledge, thoughtful communication, polished presentation, skilled negotiation, discretion, and a high level of service throughout the experience.

EO&A is looking for an experienced California real estate agent who wants to develop or expand their business in the Napa Valley luxury market.

This opportunity is designed for an agent who already understands the fundamentals of residential real estate and wants to strengthen the skills, relationships, and market knowledge needed to work successfully with luxury buyers and sellers.

Previous luxury sales experience is valuable, but it isn't required for an experienced agent with a strong real estate foundation and a genuine interest in developing this part of their business.

Responsibilities

As a Luxury Real Estate Agent with EO&A, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective luxury buyers and sellers
• Consistently prospect, follow up, and build relationships within your database and sphere
• Respond to and nurture buyer and seller opportunities generated through the team
• Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations
• Develop detailed knowledge of Napa Valley properties, neighborhoods, inventory, and market activity
• Advise sellers on property preparation, positioning, pricing, and marketing
• Help buyers evaluate properties based on their priorities, lifestyle, and real estate goals
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and counteroffers
• Maintain professional, responsive communication throughout each transaction
• Collaborate with the team's marketing and operations resources
• Use the team's CRM to manage relationships, follow-up, appointments, and opportunities
• Develop repeat and referral business through ongoing relationship management
• Participate in coaching, training, and accountability
• Continue strengthening your presentation, negotiation, communication, and client-service skills
• Represent EO&A professionally in every client and industry interaction

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds an active California real estate license
• Has previous residential real estate sales and transaction experience
• Is interested in developing or expanding a luxury real estate business
• Is willing to prospect, follow up, and build relationships consistently
• Communicates professionally and confidently with clients and other real estate professionals
• Understands the importance of discretion, responsiveness, preparation, and attention to detail
• Is comfortable conducting buyer and seller consultations
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Is receptive to coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Wants to develop strong knowledge of Napa Valley's luxury real estate market
• Is comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Is organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Values collaboration and works well within a team environment

Previous luxury real estate experience is welcome, but it isn't required. An experienced residential agent with a strong foundation and a commitment to developing their luxury business may also be a good fit.

Compensation & Professional Expenses

This is a 100% commission-based real estate sales position. There is no hourly wage or base salary.

Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and for any applicable professional expenses, including but not limited to membership in the appropriate local REALTOR® association/board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Compensation varies based on activity, transactions closed, commission agreements, and individual production.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
