UNARMED FLEX SECURITY OFFICER - LUXURY RETAIL

Location: Beverly Hills, CA & Surrounding Areas

Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule: Flex | Part-Time & Full-Time Hours Available

Shifts: Day, Swing & Grave | Various Days, Including Weekends & Holidays

LUXURY RETAIL SECURITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

St. Moritz Security is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Unarmed Flex Security Officers to provide security coverage at luxury retail boutiques throughout Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.

This is a flex coverage position supporting multiple high-end retail locations. Assignments may vary by location, day, and shift based on business and client needs. Most assignments will align with retail operating hours, with additional coverage opportunities as needed.

We are looking for security professionals who understand the expectations of luxury retail and can provide a polished, discreet, and customer-focused security presence.

FLEX AVAILABILITY

Flex Officers must have broad availability and be willing to work:

• Various days of the week
• Day, swing, and grave shifts as needed
• Weekends and holidays
• Different luxury retail locations throughout Beverly Hills and surrounding areas
• Part-time or full-time hours based on available assignments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a highly visible, professional, and discreet security presence
• Protect assigned retail locations, employees, customers, merchandise, and property
• Monitor activity and identify potential safety or security concerns
• Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and policy violations
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and other security situations
• Interact professionally with customers, employees, management, and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining appropriate security awareness
• Complete accurate and timely incident and daily activity reports
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of luxury or high-end retail security experience required
• Valid California Guard Card required
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to accommodate assignments at various locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor
• Strong customer service skills and professional presence
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work at different luxury retail locations throughout Beverly Hills and surrounding areas
• Authorized to work in the United States
