LUXURY RETAIL FLEX SECURITY OFFICER - UNARMED

Las Vegas, NV | $21.00-$23.00/Hour | Part-Time / Flex

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a high-end luxury retail location in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands the expectations of a luxury retail environment and can consistently provide a polished, discreet, and customer-focused presence.

The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, with the potential for 24-32 hours per week based on business demands and coverage needs.

This is a flex position, meaning the schedule may vary and may include different days and shifts, including both regular retail hours and overnight coverage. The position may also include different retail sites within close proximity.

SCHEDULE

• Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week

• Additional hours may be available based on coverage needs

• Potential for approximately 24-32 hours per week depending on business demands

• Flexible scheduling may include:

• Daytime and evening retail hours

• Approximately 10:00 AM-9:00 PM retail operating hours

• Overnight shifts

• Various days of the week, including weekends

• Schedule may vary based on client and operational needs

PAY

$21.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Nevada PILB Guard Card required
• Previous security experience in a luxury retail environment required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain a calm, discreet, and highly professional presence
• Ability to interact appropriately with clients, employees, and the public in an upscale environment
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Ability to stand and remain attentive for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, and overnight coverage as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Military experience
• Law enforcement experience
• Additional experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or other premium client-service environments
