We are a privately owned luxury fashion house that has been doing this for over 32 years. Built on rebellion, and obsessed with craft. We design premium leather outerwear, down jackets, footwear, and accessories for people who dress with intention. Our product sits in the same conversation as Moncler and Mackage but with an edge that is entirely our own. In the US, we are stocked at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Revolve. We have boutique locations across the Northeast and Midwest, and we are actively opening more.

Here is what that looks like in practice. You come in with a strong base salary that reflects your experience and the market you are working in. On top of that, there is a personal commission structure that rewards you directly for what you sell, plus a monthly bonus program tied to store performance.

Job Details

. Minimum 3 years of store management experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, you have run a floor, owned a P&L, and led a team through both peak season and the slow stretch
. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, you know your numbers and you know how to move them
. Strong clienteling background, you do not wait for customers to walk in, you build relationships that bring them back
. Experience managing and developing a team, coaching up talent, having the hard conversations, and creating a culture people want to stay in
. Solid understanding of retail KPIs including conversion rate, units per transaction, average transaction value, and sell through
. Comfortable with omni-channel retail, whether it is fulfilling online orders in store, leveraging CRM tools, or using clientele data to drive outreach
. Operationally sharp, you can manage scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, and visual standards without letting any of it fall through the cracks
. A natural brand ambassador, you wear the product with conviction and you can communicate what makes it different without reading from a script
. Experience with premium outerwear, leather goods, or accessories is a strong plus but not a requirement, passion for the product matters more
. Comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment where there is no corporate handbook for every situation and your judgment actually counts
