Luxury Sales Associate to join their team and provide an elevated shopping experience.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Position Overview: The Luxury Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, engage with clients, drive sales, and support the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering a high-end client experience.
Responsibilities of the Luxury Sales Associate:- Provide welcoming and personalized service to luxury clients.
- Build relationships with customers and identify their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and work toward individual and store goals.
- Maintain a polished and professional presence on the sales floor.
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Assist customers throughout the shopping experience and provide product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Sales Associate:- 1+ year of experience in luxury sales, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Service-oriented with a willingness to support both customers and team members.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Sales Associate:- Previous luxury retail experience.
- Experience working toward sales goals.
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury, or delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
