We're hiring a closer who can take a client from "I came for the free session" to "I can't imagine not having these on my wall" -- in one meeting, without pressure, through genuine emotional connection.

Here's the honest shape of this role: our clients don't walk in planning to spend money. They come in for a complimentary luxury experience.

What happens next is the craft. Our team wows them with the experience and the quality of the work, and our closer helps them see what they actually have -- portraits of the people and animals they love most, worth keeping, worth displaying, worth investing in.


The best closers in this seat don't push. They guide. And they close at a rate that earns them six figures.


THE ROLE

One-meeting close on lukewarm leads. Clients arrive for a free or low-cost offer. Our experience and our product do enormous work for you -- but the sale happens in your seat. You build real rapport, help clients emotionally connect to their finished images, walk them through display options for their home, and close the same day.


Average ticket is $1,300. Top closer runs 20-25 closed appointments a week.


This is not a timeshare seat. We don't do pressure, take-aways, manager drops, or manipulative urgency tactics.


Our clients become long-term fans and refer their friends -- that pipeline matters, and a burn-and-churn closer will cost us more than they make us.


It is also not a soft seat. Our clients are not asking to spend money. If you can't move someone from "just looking" to "yes" on the first sit, this role will not work for you.

  • You have taste. You can look at a client's images, their story, and their space, and confidently guide them toward the right finished pieces.
  • You treat sales as a craft and take coaching seriously.


  • You want autonomy and are disciplined enough to earn it -- you set your own hours and own your numbers.

BACKGROUNDS WE LOVE

  • Luxury jewelry, luxury auto (Porsche, Mercedes, Bentley, etc.), fine watches, designer fashion -- anyone who's sold beautiful things to people who didn't technically need them
  • High-end wedding, newborn, or portrait photography sales (IPS experience is a huge plus)
  • Luxury med spa, cosmetic, or high-end wellness consultations
  • Bespoke tailoring, custom jewelry design, interior design, or other custom-goods sales
  • Timeshare or high-ticket one-call-close -- if and only if you're ready to leave the pressure playbook at the door and lead with emotion. Our best closers close harder than timeshare reps, they just do it without the bruises.

COMPENSATION $25/hour base plus uncapped commission. Realistic first-year earnings of $125,000+ for closers who hit our expected pace (25 closed appointments per week at a $1,300 average ticket). Top performers earn well beyond that -- there is no ceiling.


LEAD FLOW 100% of your appointments are pre-set by our in-house marketing. Leads are lukewarm, not hot -- they came in for the offer. Your job is to convert the experience into a sale.


SCHEDULE & LOCATION Studio-based. You set your own hours around client appointments -- most closers structure their weeks around when clients want to come in (often afternoons, evenings, and weekends).


TRAINING We'll teach you our product, our pricing, our display options, and our presentation process. You bring the close.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in luxury, high-ticket, or one-call-close sales -- minimum 1 year, ideally more
  • Demonstrated ability to close discretionary purchases at $1,000+ on the first appointment
  • Personal comfort and familiarity with luxury goods and luxury spending
  • High emotional intelligence, presence, and taste
  • Self-directed, disciplined with your own schedule, accountable to your numbers
  • No pressure playbook. We sell with skill, not with force.
