The best closers in this seat don't push. They guide. And they close at a rate that earns them six figures.
THE ROLE
One-meeting close on lukewarm leads. Clients arrive for a free or low-cost offer. Our experience and our product do enormous work for you -- but the sale happens in your seat. You build real rapport, help clients emotionally connect to their finished images, walk them through display options for their home, and close the same day.
Average ticket is $1,300. Top closer runs 20-25 closed appointments a week.
This is not a timeshare seat. We don't do pressure, take-aways, manager drops, or manipulative urgency tactics.
Our clients become long-term fans and refer their friends -- that pipeline matters, and a burn-and-churn closer will cost us more than they make us.
It is also not a soft seat. Our clients are not asking to spend money. If you can't move someone from "just looking" to "yes" on the first sit, this role will not work for you.

BACKGROUNDS WE LOVE
COMPENSATION $25/hour base plus uncapped commission. Realistic first-year earnings of $125,000+ for closers who hit our expected pace (25 closed appointments per week at a $1,300 average ticket). Top performers earn well beyond that -- there is no ceiling.
LEAD FLOW 100% of your appointments are pre-set by our in-house marketing. Leads are lukewarm, not hot -- they came in for the offer. Your job is to convert the experience into a sale.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION Studio-based. You set your own hours around client appointments -- most closers structure their weeks around when clients want to come in (often afternoons, evenings, and weekends).
TRAINING We'll teach you our product, our pricing, our display options, and our presentation process. You bring the close.
