High Earning / 3 Days Per Week / Luxury Portrait Studio


We're hiring a polished sales professional with a strong track record in high-ticket, in-person sales. This full time role with a part-time schedule offers top earnings, zero cold calling, and a calendar full of warm, qualified clients ready for a luxury experience. We are a small, 16 year old, woman owned Great Places to Work Certified business of 30 employees looking to add a 4th salesperson to our incredible team.

What You'll Do


  • Lead clients through an emotion based design consultation
  • Present stunning portraiture and help them select artwork that honors their story
  • Use a consultative script to guide decisions with confidence
  • Work pre-set, in-studio appointments, no cold calls, no lead chasing
  • Achieve an overall $1200+ average sale
  • Complete on average of 8 appointments per day
  • Appointments are pre-set for you (12 hour days, 2-3 days/week)
  • Close each appointment at that time. No follow ups required.

What We're Looking For


  • 2+ years of experience in B2C luxury, high-ticket, or commission-based sales
  • Exceptional listener with high emotional intelligence and warm presence
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Expert-level skills in negotiation, objection handling, and active listening
  • Ability to sell from a script while staying natural and conversational
  • Willingness to follow a proven process and continuously improve

Please note: Only candidates with a history of consultative, in person B2C selling will be considered.


Compensation + Benefits

  • Base hourly + commission
  • Average earnings - $100K+ for 3 days/wk
