Responsible for leading assigned appointments and meeting with potential customers to accomplish the ultimate objective of successfully closing a sale; generating positive profitability and exceeding customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education | Bachelor’s degree preferred |
Licenses/Certifications | Some states require salesperson license/registration |
Years of Experience | Three plus years successful B to C sales experience required |
Required Skills & Abilities | Microsoft Office proficiency
Working knowledge of CRM software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken
Customer service oriented with positive and outgoing personality
Strong negotiating skills
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Works well under pressure to meet deadlines |
Travel Requirements | 90-100% within territory |
Other Requirements | After year one, must feel comfortable being compensated under a 100% commission pay structure |
