** Position Overview**
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Showroom Operations Associate to support the daily operations of a high-end jewelry showroom. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced luxury environment and understands the importance of discretion, presentation, and precision.
You will serve as a key support to both clientele and sales professionals—ensuring seamless operations, meticulous inventory control, and an elevated in-store experience that reflects the standards of a luxury brand.
This position offers a clear path for growth into advanced responsibilities, including memo handling and showroom curation.
** Key Responsibilities**
- Execute opening and closing procedures with strict attention to security and presentation standards
- Maintain precise control of high-value inventory, including intake, tracking, and movement of pieces
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for walk-in and VIP clients
- Process transactions and assist with custom or special orders
- Curate and maintain showroom displays to ensure a pristine, visually compelling environment
- Support sales team operations with efficiency and discretion
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth daily workflow and problem resolution
- Assist in managing consignment (memo) pieces as trust and experience develop
- Uphold the highest standards of showroom appearance and client experience
- Contribute to brand presence through in-store content and social media support when needed
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues with composure and sound judgment
** Requirements**
- Proven experience in inventory management (required)
- Professional demeanor with confidence engaging high-end clientele
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, in-person
- Business professional or elevated business casual presentation
- Comfortable learning internal systems and operational tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to systematically identify recurring operational patterns, inefficiencies, and process gaps through observation and data tracking
- Required to proactively document, analyze, and report findings with clarity and accuracy to management, contributing to process optimization and operational efficiency
** Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in luxury retail or the jewelry industry
- Understanding of high-end showroom standards and client service expectations
- Experience handling high-value merchandise with accountability
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
