WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Spa Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll:
- Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
- Create seamless check-in and check-out experiences
- Manage appointments, scheduling, phones, and guest requests
- Recommend services, enhancements, memberships, gift cards, and retail products
- Anticipate guest needs and find little ways to make visits special
- Handle questions or concerns calmly and professionally
- Keep front desk and guest areas polished and spa-ready
- Work closely with our massage, esthetics, and leadership teams to keep each day running smoothly
