Our Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, customized bodywork services to a discerning, global clientele in a luxury hotel spa environment. This role requires advanced therapeutic skill, refined professionalism, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate blends clinical expertise with intuitive service, creating transformative wellness experiences aligned with the hotel's brand standards.
Technical Excellence & Treatment Standards
Deliver services consistent with established spa standards, treatment protocols, and brand expectations.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records as required.
Uphold strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for treatment rooms and equipment.
Stay current on industry best practices, new modalities, and continuing education requirements.
Stay current with licensing, CEUs and all state requirements for licensure in TN
Retail & wellness Enhancement
Recommend retail products and wellness enhancements that support treatment results.
Promote add-on services and upgrades when appropriate.
Contribute to spa growth by authentically sharing products and services that enhance guest wellness.
Safety & Compliance
Team Collaboration
Coordinate schedules with leadership to optimize service flow.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and wellness initiatives.
Support special events, wellness programming, or group bookings as needed.
Contribute flexibly to spa operations as needs arise.
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures.
Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels & to assist with restocking
Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
Assist other Wellness team members with spa operations.
Other duties as assigned by leadership
