The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide, helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high-ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments.

  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling high-value services and packages.

  • Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

  • Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism.

  • Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling, preferably in beauty or luxury services.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.

  • Motivated by results and performance goals.

  • Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams.

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Comfortable as a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for own taxes.
