    Level II NDT Technician - Louisville, KYFull-Time | Local Candidates or Candidates Willing to RelocateWe are currently seeking experienced Level II NDT Technicians for full-time opportunities in Louisville, KY. Candidates must either be local to the area or willing to relocate for this position.The ideal candidate will have prior nondestructive testing experience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, power generation, or related environments and possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.Position SummaryThe Level II NDT Technician will perform nondestructive testing inspections in accordance with applicable procedures, customer specifications, and industry standards. Candidates must be capable of setting up inspection equipment, interpreting results, and preparing accurate documentation while working independently and as part of a team.Employment Type

    Job Responsibilities

    Perform Level II NDT inspections using applicable methods such as UT, MT, PT, VT, and/or RTSet up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipmentInterpret inspection results and evaluate indicationsPrepare accurate inspection reports and documentationEnsure compliance with company, customer, and safety requirementsMaintain inspection equipment and recordsWork closely with supervisors, quality teams, and customersSupport field and shop inspection operations as neededWork overtime, weekends, and varying shifts based on project demands

    Qualifications

    Current Level II NDT certification in one or more methods requiredPrevious NDT inspection experience requiredStrong understanding of NDT procedures, standards, and inspection techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and proceduresStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and in team environmentsValid driver's license and reliable transportation required

    Preferred Qualifications

    Multiple NDT certifications preferredExperience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, or power generation environments preferredTWIC card and OSHA certifications are a plusRope access, PAUT, or advanced NDT experience is a plus
