Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in a structured healthcare environment. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering 40 hours per week, a rotating schedule, and comprehensive on-unit mentorship.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week

• 6-month commitment

• Shifts will alternate based on facility staffing needs

• Every other weekend off

• Candidates may start on any weekday, Monday through Friday

• New LVNs will receive a minimum of 2–3 weeks of on-unit mentorship with an experienced LVN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Provide patients with appropriate medication education.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Perform computer-based data entry and maintain required patient records. Full training will be provided.

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective, and consistent patient care.
