The Sub-Acute Licensed Vocational Nurse performs a variety of skilled nursing duties under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians. This role is responsible for supporting patient care plans, administering treatments and medications, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate is clinically competent, team-oriented, and committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients and their families.
