Job Title: LVN - Clinical (Night Shift)
Location: Azusa, CA
Pay: $35.50/hr + daily OT (12-hour shifts include 4 hours OT at $53.25/hr)
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 7 shifts per 2-week period (alternating weekends)

Key Responsibilities for LVN:

• Review clinical information (labs, scans, medical records) and communicate updates
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting for active cases
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support time-sensitive workflows

Requirements for LVN:

• Active LVN license
• 2+ years' of experience is required
• Hospital experience is required
