LVN/LPN Compliance Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a LVN/LPN Compliance Specialist to support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, training oversight, document control, and privacy compliance within a specialty healthcare environment. This role serves as a key resource for compliance-sensitive workflows, helping ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and manufacturer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality and compliance reviews to identify process, documentation, and billing risks.
• Manage AE/PQC reconciliations and compliance documentation.
• Support audits, corrective actions (CAPAs), compliance reporting, and training programs.
• Maintain SOPs and controlled documents.
• Assist with HIPAA/privacy incident documentation and investigations.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN/LPN license (multistate compact license accepted).
• 3+ years of nursing experience.
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, regulatory affairs, or document control within a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or AE/PQC experience preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
