Assignment Details

  • Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Float

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical support across multiple outpatient healthcare locations. The selected candidate will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care, assist with patient assessments, administer treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.

This is a float position requiring travel between assigned clinic locations throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care within the LVN scope of practice.

  • Assist providers with patient examinations and treatments.

  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.

  • Support clinic operations and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of LVN experience required.

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification (American Heart Association).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Previous experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty clinic settings.
