Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Private Duty Nursing
Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide individualized in-home nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients across Orange County.
Nurses withg-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and pediatric experience are highly encouraged to apply, though skill advancement opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

What You'll DoAs an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously evaluate patient progress.
- Provide specialized care for patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, and other complex medical interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management.
- Respond effectively in urgent situations and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
- Support a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment for every patient.
