• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $35.00 $40.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00 16:30
• Travel Requirements: Must have prior travel experience to be submitted

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract LVN/LPN position in an Ambulatory Care specialty at a hospital-based clinic that covers outpatient services and inpatient consults. The position is a Day shift (5x8 Hours), 8:00 16:30, with no weekend requirement. Travelers who have worked in the UMMH system within the last 12 months are preferred.

Required Skills

• Epic charting experience (preferred)

Education Requirements

• MA LPN license required
• BLS certification required

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience required
• Must have prior travel experience to be submitted

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Hospital-based clinic covering outpatient services and inpatient consults
• No weekends required
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required

• Must be able to start 7/8. No exceptions.
