Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient clinic.
Certification: CA LVN, BLS (AHA or ARC), IV, and Blood Withdrawal.
Skills: Proficiency in EPIC, Sterile field, EVLT, vein ablation, and venipuncture.
License: Must be active at time of application submission.
Job Details
Shift: 3x8 between 0700-1800, initially Monday-Wednesday. Potential to increase to 4x8 or 5x8 as caseload grows.
Weekend Requirement: None
Floating Requirement: Yes, occasionally to other specialty clinics.
