Shift & Schedule: Day/Evening Shift | 40 Hours/Week | Flexible 8, 10, or 12-Hour Shifts (5:30 AM – 10:30 PM) | Rotating Saturdays | Float Required
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced LVN / LPN – Dialysis to provide high-quality care for chronic outpatient and acute dialysis patients while supporting safe and effective dialysis treatments across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to chronic outpatient and acute dialysis patients.
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments while responding to dialysis-related complications.
Operate dialysis equipment, perform access cannulation, and maintain infection control standards.
Administer medications, blood products, and monitor patient responses throughout treatment.
Float to other dialysis locations as needed and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications
Current LVN/LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum one year of dialysis experience.
Chronic outpatient and acute dialysis experience required.
Experience with AV fistula and AV graft cannulation, tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, and Fresenius dialysis equipment.
Knowledge of dialysis machine operation, alarm management, blood glucose monitoring, infection control, and emergency response for dialysis-related complications.
Float to other dialysis locations as required.
