Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Variable Night (8 hr/12hr)
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Every other weekend: Yes

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and facility policies.
- Educate residents and families on treatments and healthcare plans.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care while maintaining quality standards.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active WI LPN/LVN License.
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
- Ability to work Evening shifts with occasional Day shifts.
- Must be available to work Every Other Weekend (EOW).
- Willing to work 5 x 8-hour shifts per week.
- Overtime availability is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
