Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN -LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LVN / LPN -LTC
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
  • Ensure that patients take their medication.
  • Assist doctors and registered nurses.
  • Liaise with patients' families.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse License.
  • Minimum 1 2 years of recent LTC experience (travel experience preferred).
  • Current BLS Certification (required).
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.
