Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in long-term care to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
Requirements:
Active LPN license (state) Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation Strong attendance and punctuality required
Responsibilities:
