JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Experience: 2 years in an Outpatient setting -CA LVN -Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal - Flu Vaccine (no declinations/no exemptions) -Special Requirements: Phlebotomy and IV start skills
JOB DETAILS: - Schedule: 8 hours between 0800-2000 -Weekend REQ: possibly 1 weekend per month to assist the Urgent Care location if needed -Floating REQ: Yes -On-Call REQ: No -Pending license: NO, must be active at the time of submission -NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
