LVN / LPN - Outpatient Clinic

ASAP START! 10/05 Preferred, 10/12 ok. True Travelers or Locals OK! 5x8's or 4x10's approved. Clinicians MUST verify they are okay with floating 3-4x per month to Aberdeen (954 Anderson Dr, Aberdeen, WA) and Centralia (2015 Cooks Hill Rd, Suite 200, Centralia, WA) as needed for coverage. LPN will primarily work at the Lacey location. Mileage will not be reimbursed. **Interview will be required before offer*** This position is located at an Oncology Center in Lacey, WA. LPN will provide patient/family education and support, assess vitals, pharmacy calls, handle labeling of specimens, and assess/document patient pain & concerns for provider.
