Position Title: School LVN / LPN
Location: Spanaway, WA 98387
Duration: 42 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: Day 5x7-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)
Hours: 35
Pay rate: 40-47$/hr.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile students.
- Work in a single classroom throughout the school day.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs.
- Assist with feeding, mobility, toileting, and other activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and healthcare providers.
- Support emergency response and student safety procedures.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active Washington State LPN/LVN license required prior to start date.
- Pediatric, school, special education, or medically fragile student experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
