Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 13 weeks assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LVN / LPN
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:45 - 23:15)

Shift: 8hr Shifts, 4-5 days per week CANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED
- NOC shift is slower paced
- 12s have to be approved by staffing first.
Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility
Years of Experience REQ: 1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience.

First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A
Open to accommodating block schedule?: N/A

LICENSE: Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED
