Training: 3 weeks of required training/orientation
Duration: 6 months contract with potential extension
Schedule: Work schedules are created in 6-week blocks following training.
A typical schedule includes:
Two or three weekdays per week
Every other weekend
Shifts ranging from approximately 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
Some major holidays may be required
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and perform routine clinical evaluations.
Monitor and document vital signs and identify abnormalities.
Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
Conduct medication reviews and monitor for potential side effects or drug interactions.
Document patient medical history, treatments, and responses accurately in the EMR.
Support patient education, self-care, disease management, and access to community healthcare resources.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic.

Required Qualifications
Active, full, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
At least 1 year of related healthcare experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Phlebotomy
Vaccine administration
Point-of-care testing
Experience using EMR/EHR systems; Epic experience is preferred.
Active BLS certification, with an expiration date at least 30 days beyond the anticipated start date.
