Title: LVN / LPN

Schedule: Day Shift 5x8s 40hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Weekends: None
Experience: 1 year required
First-Time Traveler: Accepted
Float: Required — may float to other offices
Locals: Accepted; $10 lower rate if within 75 miles
License: NY State LPN License required
Certification: BLS required
EMR: EPIC preferred
Ambulatory Experience: Preferred
Responsibilities: Room patients, obtain vital signs, administer injections
