Location: Moraga Post Acute

Pay Rate: $38.00-$41.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time, All Shifts Available (AM, PM, NOC)

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis. We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC). This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents.

As an LVN, you will play a key role in providing direct nursing care, supporting interdisciplinary care planning, and ensuring the highest standards of resident health and well-being.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or physician

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

  • Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

  • Current California LVN license in good standing

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
