The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides directnursingcaretoresidents,collaborateswiththeinterdisciplinarycareteam,andpromotesthehigheststandardsofqualitycareinaskillednursingenvironment.Theidealcandidateiscompassionate,dependable,andcommittedtoenhancingthelivesofourresidents.
Qualifications
Weareseekingcandidateswho:
HoldacurrentandactiveCaliforniaLicensedVocationalNurse(LVN)license
Haveatleast2yearsofLVNexperience,preferablyinaskillednursingorpost-acutecaresetting
Demonstrateapassionforcaringforseniors
PossessstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish
Canfollowdirections,implementcareplans,andadapttoongoingtraining
Exhibitexcellentcriticalthinkingskillsandsoundclinicaljudgment
Arecompassionate,reliable,andworkwellaspartofateam
