LVN/RN Full/Part-Time Position

Richmond Health Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate LVNs and RNs to join our growing team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in residents’ lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (MD, NP, therapy, social services)
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current, active LVN or RN license in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
