Job Description:

• Active California LVN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
• Experience with medication administration, IV starts, blood draws, EKGs, treatments, and catheterization
• Accurate EMR/documentation and patient/family education
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Able to provide care to SNF/acute/swing-bed patients, including confused or challenging patients
• Must follow infection control, safety, and medication protocols
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing needs
• Caribbean Blue scrubs are mandatory
• All shifts; schedule based on facility needs
• Must maintain professional conduct, current credentials, and required in-service training
