Available Shift

• AM Shift: Full-Time (Morning hours)

Core Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Monitoring: Observe resident conditions and report vital changes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records.
• Supervision: Guide and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communication: Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and families.

Qualifications

• License: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.
• Experience: Post-acute, rehab, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management.
