We are seeking experienced and compassionate LVNs for a travel assignment in Texas. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Promote patient safety and quality care.
Requirements
Active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
