Sunday - Wednesday
AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay & Benefits

- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / post-acute setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Document care accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
- Active California LVN license
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
