Vista Real Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our exceptional clinical team. What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Promote a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and families

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional resident care
