Service Technician Job Details:Location: LynchburgPay: $17/hrHours: M-F - 5:00pm-10:00pm variable hours - (25 hrs/week) (some weekends) - MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATIONJob Duties:Consistently provide a clean, safe environment for the occupants of multiple facilities. Regular attendance is critical.Train, develop and motivate janitorial staff.Manage customer work orders daily.Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations. Take corrective action where appropriate.Cover cleaning positions for absent or vacationing employees.Job Qualifications:Be authorized to work in the United States.Minimum age: 18+ years oldAbility to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and staff. Supervisor experience is preferred as you will define expectations for cleaning, train staff members and diagnose issues and opportunities to improve our cleaning activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
