M&A Associate Attorney
Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | Hybrid Work Available

A prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of solid mergers and acquisitions experience to join our sophisticated and highly regarded corporate practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on complex, high-value transactions in a positive, professional culture that encourages learning, leadership, and growth. We offer a hybrid work schedule and a strong compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and handle a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A transaction documents, and ancillary agreements
- Lead or support M&A deals, including due diligence, transaction management, and closings
- Collaborate with team members and junior associates to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct legal research and draft memos or summaries as needed
What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of corporate transactional legal experience in a law firm required
- Proven track record of handling M&A transactions from start to finish
- Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate and deal-related documents
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
